Rainbow Farfalle with Bolognese and Julienne Zucchini & Basil

This dish was inspired by Marcella Hazan’s Bolognese Sauce, but I cut the butter back by quite a bit and added more garlic and tomatoes to the sauce, producing one that is much healthier.
