Polly’s Banana Strawberry Soy High Protein Smoothie


Mix together 1 ripe banana, 11 strawberries, 1 cup soy milk and then 1 scoop of high protein soy based protein powder. I use Whole Foods Market brand (I will take a picture of it and say why this is awesome.)

Simply mix all together in a Magic Bullet or other food processor or blender and enjoy!

This is very very high in potassium because between the bananas and the soy milk especially you get over 500 milligrams of potassium.

This very good for your brain, your body, your mind, and cognitive functioning and just feel better overall.

My mother loved these who has Alzheimer’s disease. Even though she didn’t want to eat anything after my dad passed away, when I was her caregiver, she always loved these. And they’re just plain good!
