Healthy French Toast

4 slices of Whole Wheat Bread

3 eggs

¾ cup almond milk

Cinnamon

Butter


Lightly toast the slices of bread in a toaster.

Once toasted spread a small amount of butter on each slice.

Cut each slice diagonally down the middle.

In a bowl whisk the eggs and almond milk together.

Dip each slice of toast in the egg/milk batter and place in a large frying pan.

Cook the toast on medium heat until the slices are golden brown.

Top the French toast with light syrup, powdered sugar, and cinnamon.
