Do your best to eat 4 cups of vegetables a day. It is not as hard as you think. Eat whole meal salads and stir fries, watch how effort the veggies creep into your diet, all the while with you smiling!

The doctor told me that when I was diagnosed with having gallstones years ago, and I had to have my gallbladder removed because of it!

After the surgery I lost nearly 15 pounds and my lower back no longer hurt.
After removing the 13 gallstones, I will say you can prevent that from happening to you by eating lots of Fresh.

There’s all kinds of ways you can integrate fresh things into your diet. Start the produce section first and build your meals around the produce. fresh first.
