Alberto’s- Scrambled Egg Croissant with Munster and Onion

2 large croissants
5 large eggs
2 slices Muenster cheese
1/2 small white onion
Best Foods Light Mayonnaise
Butter

Sautée about 1/2 chopped white onion in a small amount of pure butter in a medium to large non-stick skillet.

Add 5 whipped large eggs to the skillet and 2 slices Muenster cheese. Cook until the eggs are cooked through out.

Slice two large croissants with a small sharp knife, so as to be able to make a sandwich from it.

Spread a small amount of Best Foods Light Mayonnaise on both halves of each croissant, (or you can leave it plain), and top with the Muenster onion scrambled eggs.

Top with other croissant half and enjoy!
