Miss Polly’s Strawberry Almond Milk Cottage Cheese Smothie


This may sound like an odd mix but the small amount of  cottage cheese in this  gives it a creaminess like buttermilk.
The almond milk has a good amount of potassium in it and the cottage cheese gives it a low fat content but high in protein. Using frozen strawberries chills the smoothie up, whipping ice crystals along with strawberries.

1/3 cup regular cottage cheese
2/3 cup almond milk
About 20 frozen strawberries
A few spoons of granulated sugar or honey

Whip all in a magic bullet, blender or other food processor and lastly, Enjoy!
