2 cups of King Arthur Bread Flour
1-1/2 cups of Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
1 tablespoon Active dry yeast
2 teaspoons Salt
2 teaspoons Granulated sugar
1-1/2 cups very warm water, heated to about 105 degrees
2 teaspoons Canola oil, which is Polly Motzko’s way or 2 teaspoons lard, which is the traditional Cuban way.
