The cooked pork El Pastor on top of tortillas made with NOPALES (cactus) I got yesterday at Cardina’s supermarket. I browned them in an ungreased skillet before putting the cooked pork loin on it. I added some mild guacamole that the kind folks at Cardina’s makes fresh daily. You can’t buy the avocados, onion, tomato and jalapeños as inexpensively as what you can buy theirs already made for! And, it’s outstanding.
