1/2 cup Ketchup like Heinz
1/2 cup Canola oil or Corn Oil or Extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup white distilled vinegar, short of about 2 tablespoons. Add 2 tablespoons good quality Balsamic vinegar in the 1/4 measuring cup and fill with white distilled vinegar.
1/4 cup white granulated sugar
1 to 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion or dehydrated onion
Pinch of salt
Whirl all ingredients in a Magic Bullet or Blender/food processor and refrigerate.
