Polly’s Super Easy Hickory Orange BBQ Beans

4 cups baked white beans
3 cups Chris and Pitt’s BBQ Sauce Hickory Smoked
3 teaspoons fresh orange zest

You can add some sauteed onion and a clove of minced sauteed garlic , if you like- Good without it though.

You’ll be impressed with how the orange zest brightens up the flavor.

Soaked and cooked on the stove about an hour and a half, until tender.
High in fiber and protein and one pound cooked to nearly 3 pounds or 2 pounds 7 ounces!

You want to feed your family high quality and cheap protein ….go for beans….beans are great for you!
