Heart Healthy Bisquick 2-1/4 cups
Soy Milk-1-1/4 cups
1/4 cup egg substitute
1 or 2 tablespoons granulated sugar or honey
Mix all ingredients until dry ingredients are incorporated with the wet ingredients.
Scoop out onto a greased skillet set on medium with a 1/2 cup ice cream scoop
Cook until looks dry on top with bubbles and bottom is nicely brown, but not over done.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and powdered sugar and a little butter or healthy margarine of your choice.
You can top with chopped apples or bananas too for a nice, fresh topping.
