Polly’s Golden Marinated Carrots


3 cups waffle cut carrot slices

Paprika Lemon Pepper Dressing

Paprika Lemon Pepper Dressing

1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon ground paprika
1 teaspoon Mrs Dash lemon pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic paste
1 cup Canola oil with omega 3’s

Blend all ingredients in a food processor or Magic Bullet and use on various fresh salads and 1 tablespoon per cup of the vegetables of your choice.
