Polly’s Sugar Free Mocha Biscotti


Heart Healthy Bisquick -1-3/4 cups

Canola Oil or olive oil- 3 tablespoons

Water as much as needed in 1 tablespoon increments until it forms nice dough in your mixer or by hand. As though you’re making a pie crust.
The dough will be about the same consistency as pie crust dough.

Watkins Pure Almond Extract

7 packages Sweet N Low

2 tablespoons Hershey’s Dark Cocoa

1 tablespoon Nescafe Instant coffee mixed with 2 teaspoons water

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a large baking sheet and form the mixed biscotti dough into a long log. Bake for 25 minutes. Leave on sheet 10 minutes. Slice into 1/2 inch to 1 inch slices. Bake the slices on each side about 8 minutes.

Let cool completely .
Makes 1 dozen
