I know I aired this before on Cooking Up a Storm With Miss Polly, but this time I’m going to be using the Boule Master Bread recipe from the book “Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day by Jeff hertzberg and Zoe Francois.
I made 4 pounds of bread dough a few days ago, input each pound of dough in a greased ziplock bag common put it in the fridge.
I have two of the packages rising in the kitchen right now.
Rather than bake it in the oven like I did the last time, and I didn’t really care for that baking method, I would rather monitor it on the griddle with this method. I think it’ll work much better. Awesome how to video from Chef John from Food Wishes!
