Girasoli Ricotta and Lemon Zest Ravioli




On a busy night you simply boil water and cool about 4 minutes when they are refrigerated. Cook slightly longer if frozen.

I drizzled a tiny bit of extra Virgin olive oil and added a tiny bit of garlic powder and sea salt and Italian seasoning to the cooked ravioli.

Alfredo sauce with a little lemon zest would be great too.

Low fat Alfredo Sauce by either Trader Joes or another good brand.
