I’m not a bodybuilder but I’ve lost about 80 pounds over the last year and I use a lot of chicken and fish in my kitchen and I try to avoid beef and I do kind of a Mediterranean kind of diet.
I just tried to simply be healthier and have what I want but have less of it, so something like this would be handy.
I could use this and soft tacos make rice bowls out of it and basically whatever you want, or have just a nice dinner with chicken and vegetables and rice or potato which would make a nice balanced dinner.
