If you’re trying to find out what the nutrition analysis is of the dishes you prepare at home, look at this one that I discovered by searching on Google. I found this one on Rachael Ray’s website, and she said that this one was one of the easiest that she’s ever tried to use.
After looking at 15 different web sites I think she’s right.
In my cookbook I am writing now, I want to put a nutrition analysis of every recipe in the book, and that’s what matters to me.
It’s good to know what you’re eating from a nutritional aspect as well as a culinary gustatory aspect too.
