Heart Healthy Cornbread

This is made with Bisquick heart healthy baking mix.

All you do is just add 1 cup of the Heart Healthy Bisquick Baking Mix and 1 cup of yellow corn meal, 1-1/2 cups of regular milk or buttermilk, 2 tablespoons of healthy vegetable oil like canola oil, olive oil, or a combination of both, 2 eggs or 1/2 cup of egg substitute and mix all together. Then all you do is just make it in a 450-degree convection oven or regular oven until done in a 9 inch greased round pan about it 15 minutes or until done and a toothpick comes clean in the center and it’s nicely browned. Makes eight pieces.
