Healthy Baking Mix (Used in Place of Bisquick Recipes )

4- 1/4 cups unbleached all-purpose flour

Or you can use 2 cups whole wheat flour and 2 cups unbleached all purpose flour)

2 tablespoons baking powder
One and a half teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 cup dry buttermilk powder
1 cup plus 2 tablespoons canola oil

mix all the dry ingredients in your Kitchen Aid mixer slowly and very carefully and keep your eye on it and it will mix all the dry ingredients uniformly. Then add in the canola oil bit by bit and it will incorporate it with a wire whisk attachment so that all the ingredients or so makes you think it was bought in the store!

Store in an airtight container that fits about 7 Cups. You can either store it in the fridge or not depending on how much you use this. If you don’t use it very often put in the fridge.
