Whole wheat penne pasta cooked to aldente topped with some of the marinara.
Four 15 ounce cans of Hunt’s diced tomatoes with juice
Four 15 oz. cans of Hunts tomato sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic paste, or more or less, to suit your garlic fancy
1 tablespoon good quality Italian Seasoning
2 teaspoons dried oregano
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Mix all ingredients in your slow cooker and cook on low for 6 hours.
