Quick Pancakes with Flavor Variations from Quick Mix

2 1/4 cup quick mix
1 tbsp sugar
When a meeting or one fourth cup egg substitute
One and a half cups milk or soy milk

Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl until the dry ingredients are mixed thoroughly, but don’t over blend.

If you need to add a little more milk to make it the right texture and consistency, then do so.

What’s a better stand for about 10 minutes.

Heat your griddle in advance and grease it.

Cook pancakes on a hot griddle griddle for about 3 or 4 minutes until browned on both sides.

This will make about 10 to 12 4-inch pancakes, and you can vary the pancakes by adding some chopped banana to the batter, some blueberries, or cinnamon and sugar with some walnuts or pecans; I love all those.
