In a large bowl or parfait glass add 1 cup low-fat yogurt, with one half cup of GranVita toasted granola with dried fruit and top with 2 tablespoons of orange flower honey.
If you like you can top it with banana slices, raspberries, blueberries or strawberries that are plentiful right now.
You’ll have something really healthy that’s high in protein, high in potassium, high in fiber and is fresh and delicious. You can have this in the morning nice alternative to the usual cereal or eggs breakfast or for a light lunch.
