Mix 1 cup real mayonnaise and 1/4 cup NAVANO- seasoned Roasted Garlic Rice Vinegar
1 tablespoon granulated sugar.
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and blend with a wire whisk. This dressing makes enough for one head of shredded cabbage with a little bit of shredded carrot, to suit your own liking.
After stirring the dressing into the coleslaw mix thoroughly with a spatula, refrigerate until ready to eat
Seal the large container until ready to make the coleslaw and then all you do is just add your shredded coleslaw, the amount of shredded carrot you like and makes carefully and it’s ready to serve.
I used 14 Oz of Fresh Express coleslaw mix with green cabbage, carrots and purple cabbage.
By mixing the coleslaw and right before you serve it it has a nice texture is it being all mushy.

You can also add fresh herbs to this Cole Slaw and play around with the flavorings in the mayo dressing.
If you like you can also use light mayonnaise.
