Biscuits Made with Homemade Quick Mix

3 cups quick mix mixed with 3/4 cup evaporated milk

Pre-heat your oven to 450 degrees.

Grease a baking sheet or line with parchment paper.

Combine Quick Mix and the evaporated milk in a medium bowl and stir until just blended.
You’ll want to just mix until nicely combined and the evaporated milk will be all you’ll need to make some if the easiest, lightest biscuits ever!

I like gently shaping into a square and then cutting with a biscuit cutter or forming into balls and baking in a muffin pan.

You can also bake the biscuits in a greased round pan and then slice them like you would shortbread in a pie-like fashion. That way they are very easy with no shaping involved whatsoever.

The less you handle biscuits the better in the more tender they will be, just like shortbread.

Bake in a 450-degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown and this will make 12 large drop biscuits or it will vary depending on how small you slice them.
