Polly’s Mexicali Stuffed Peppers

1-1/2 pounds of ground turkey
1 egg
One-fourth teaspoon garlic paste
A few dashes of Worcestershire sauce
One small 7.76 oz can of La Costeña Homestyle Mexican Salsa medium salsa

1/2 cup cooked rice
(I used parboiled rice when you came out the best price of a mermaid. It didn’t stick to the pot I did not use a rice cooker, but I used my non-stick Bobby Flay stock pot. I cooked the par- boiled rice at the ratio of one part rice to 2 parts water.

I also added one teaspoon of canola oil to the pot and simmered at the lowest possible setting still keeping the water boiling, for 25 minutes,

I did not say that I did not see him I wanted to use the rest the price for some homemade rice pudding homemade later.

The medium-size Bowl mix the ground turkey, the egg, a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce, 1/4 teaspoon of garlic paste or more if you like, and then most all the care of this also leaving enough for the top of the peppers to top them after they’re cooked in the microwave.

Scoop the filling into the two seeded bell peppers with the tops removed but not thrown away.

Microwave the filled peppers for 10 minutes on high. Afterwards top with remaining salsa and serve with a green salad and fresh fruit in season and enjoy!
