Miss Polly’s Vegetarian Powerhouse Smoothie with: Greek Yogurt, Soy Milk, Organic Banana, Sunflower Nut Seed Butter

image

The Nutty flavor of the sunflower seeds goes really well with the bananas and the nonfat Greek yogurt gives the Smoothie a really creamy quality.

You would never know in a million years thought that Trader Joe’s Greek nonfat yogurt with nonfat. It is the best Greek yogurt, as far as I’m concerned, in the world because there’s three different kinds of cultures in it. It’s not just a bunch of milk with gelatin in it and a tiny bit of low quality culture in it. Trader Joe’s makes three different kinds of Greek yogurt. I buy the non-fat you can buy the full fat one if you want.

The Smoothie has tons of potassium from the bananas, and from the soy milk, and also fiber from the sunflower nut butter and great monosaturate, healthy oils that will have a satiating quality and keep you full for a while.
