If you hate eating breakfast, try my Breakfast Parfait!

In a parfait glass simply we’re good quality Greek yogurt like either Trader Joe’s or Great Value brand, a drizzle of orange flower honey on that, top with either my homemade granola on this site or one of Trader Joes low fat versions or one of the many Whole Foods Market’s sell in their grain bins.

Top that with amy of these:

Dried cherries or raisins 

Organic dried unsweetened coconut


Sliced almonds 

Fresh fruit.

You can have fun with your family by putting the igredients in cute dish isn’t letting everybody just hope some help themselves.

If you what is sweeter yogurt go ahead and use the vanilla yogurt in place of the Greek Plain.

Greek yogurt has a higher protein content and that’s why in one cup and has about 20 grams of protein in it so it’s really good for you! And has a satiating quality which will keep me going for a while.
