I shaped my crackers into little fall leaves and made them a little thicker than Alton’s.

You’ll need a great accurate digital scale to make these because Alton weighs all his ingredients. I used my Cuisine Digital Kitchen Scale.

I was amazed that when I made these, I hit the rather odd ingredient measurements right on the head!
