Peanut Butter Banana Night Before Mason Jar Oatmeal

1/2 cup milk or soy milk

1/2 cup old fashioned oatmeal

1 teaspoon honey

1 teaspoon chia seeds

2 tablespoons peanut butter

1 small banana chopped or sliced

Just put all the ingredients in a mason jar at night and put it in the fridge. Then it will be there waiting for you for you to simply heat up on the stove or in the microwave the next day.
