Polly’s Peach Mango Steamed Rice


2 cups converted whole grain rice-Uncle Bens is great 

4 cups Swanson Low Sodium Vegetable Stock 

1 cup Pace Peach Mango Salsa

1 tablespoon minced garlic

Brush canola oil in your large saute pan and then add the other ingredients. 

Cook rice and boil to a nice simmer for about 25 minutes, until the rice is nicely done.

For all you meat lovers you can top with grilled chicken or carnitas or keep it vegetarian with cooked pinto bean’s or black beans and a little purple onion and more Pace Peach Mango Salsa

Another great one for this would be Trader Joe’s Roasted Garlic Salsa.
