  1. Paulette, Sorry made the mistake with your name on the previous comment … duh! I am one of those already subscribed to TotallyInspiredMind. I get the two blogs from the reader, in WP. I comment more with your cooking blog, because your recipes are in line with my own preferences. I am subscribed to many blogs, so sometimes it takes a few days to get to them all? Like yourself, I find myself with more than one blog space. Mostly I use https://hirundinedotnet2.wordpress.com/ Hope that makes sense? Thanks, Cheers Jamie

  2. Rice and Lentils … cooked like Pilaf, or Pilau, lots of veggies and flavours of Cardamom, Garlic and spices. Fenugreek, Chilli, Bay, Mango Powder, etc. Best Rice? Maybe Long Grain Red Rice from Kerala, or Jasmine. Basmati is good but I like the others.

    • Sounds wonderful Hirundine. It’s also really good for you with the spices for so many reasons! If you’d like to share any of your recipes I would post them on my cooking site. Is Hirundine your name?
If you like the sound of that, then just let me know. We are more alike than we know really and our food Connexus azpeople. It’s like traveling without traveling to try other people’s recipes from different parts of the world I think – don’t you?

You can call me Paulette-or Polly, whichever you like.

        • You’ll be happy to know that your post is number one on the top 10 list lists on TotallyInspiredMind.com. Congratulations!
Just so you know about any countries Reid Totally Inspired Mind. I created it in 2012 and it’s done very well, thank heavens It has won numerous blogger Awards too. I have a little short of 3000 dedicated followers now. I just wanted you to know.

      • Pauline, hirundine …. is my online name. It means “like a swallow”. I use it as my guide. Please call me Jamie, if you wish? It’s not a secret. Hirundinae is the latin name for, Swallow family. Years ago ago when I first was using internet. I used Corvuscorax. The Raven. Too many Ravens, now online. So switched to the action of the swallow. hirundine. It is in the English dictionary. Cheers Jamie.
