2 cups egg substitute or 8 eggs
1/2 tablespoon olive oil
1 clove minced garlic about 1/4 teaspoon
4 cups a mixture of spinach, kale and arugula. I used Market Side brand in the produce section at Walmart.
4 slices smoked turkey, optional
Mrs. Dash Italian Seasoning
1/3 cup feta cheese
Mix all the ingredients together after sauteing the greens in a nonstick skillet with the olive oil until the vegetables are slightly wilted and shrunk in size.
Add all to a deep dish tart pan or pie plate and bake in your conventional oven or convection oven at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
Check after the 20 minutes is up, and if you feel it needs to go a little more, then just cook a little more. That might sound silly, but there are a lot of factors and variables in cooking times due to slight variations in each person’s individual oven.
It all depends upon how hot in your oven is in the lot of factors.
