Coconut Curry Thai Wild Rice, Steamed Baby Carrots with Orange Zest and Honey with Steamed Tilapia….

I simply prepaired the Great Value Thai Jasmine rice and wild rice mixture according to package directions.

I added in some wonderful coconut curry seasoning but I found on Amazon from a company in Florida.

I bought some wonderful baby romaine lettuce and I use the lettuce leaves to line my bamboo steamer which is really wonderful. Flavors the ingredients that you put in it and in this case it was tilapia in one of the stacking bamboo steamers. I seasoned the fish with Mrs. Dash Lemon Pepper. The water content inside the lettuce leaves also keeps whatever ingredient you’re steaming moist.

I  steamed baby carrots and put it in another one of the bamboo steamers Emeril Lagasse stock pot with a stainless steel steam insert on it, so the water boil’s below.

I flavored the fish and the carrots with some fresh orange zest and drizzled a little bit of orange flower honey on the carrots.

It’s not so much as a recipe as it is using fresh flavors in new ways
