Simple yet Sophisticated Baby Spinach, Diced Pear and Pistachio Salad drizzled with Asian Sesame Dressing

About two cups of baby organic spinach

One cup of Dole sugar-free diced pears, or you can simply chop up a pair and add it to the salad

About 2 tablespoons of roasted pistachios with low salt. I got a better price on them because I bought a larger quantity and put them in mason jars. I use them in Middle Eastern dishes and to garnish rice dishes, in biscotti and in Turkish coffee.
