A properly baked loaf of bread should register between 195 to 212 on a instant read thermometer.

If you don’t have an instant read thermometer that is digital, you might want to invest in one. 

They’re awesome for making all kinds of things from testing to see the water is hot for making yeast breads, it’s great to make sure that your yogurt culture gets up to the temperature is supposed to go to and if you do meats and things it’ll test to see if your meat or fish or chicken is cooked properly.
