Easy Healthy Lowfat Chicken Teriyaki

  • Mrs. Dash salt-free teriyaki marinade
  • Boneless skinless chicken breasts

This isn’t so much a fancy recipe as it is highlighting the ingredients that I search to make it. I wanted to find a healthy marinade that was low fat and also low salt and I found the one that I use from Mrs. Dash. 

So many soy products used in Asian cooking have really high amounts of sodium, making it not really that great for you. 

I was determined to find a product that I could use that wouldn’t have a thousand milligrams of sodium. I found this one on Amazon Prime. 

And so all you do is just cover the chicken with that marinade and then add some sesame seeds on top of that and bake the chicken for about 20 minutes at 375 degrees.

The chicken comes out perfectly nice and tender and you can Julienne it and add it to stir-fries and rice bowls with the Pressure Cooked Jasmine Rice, stir fries and other dishes.
