- 1 cup Westsoy soy milk
- Two tablespoons MLO vegetarian protein powder
- 1 tablespoon Vegetarian Solgar brewer’s yeast powder
- One tablespoon Hershey’s plain cocoa
- 3 sugar cubes or 3 teaspoons honey
- 2 teaspoons Benefiber
- One large banana
Blend all ingredients and enjoy!
