Cocoa Banana High Protein and Fiber Smoothie

  • 1 cup  Westsoy soy milk
  • Two tablespoons MLO vegetarian protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetarian Solgar brewer’s yeast powder
  • One tablespoon Hershey’s plain cocoa
  • 3 sugar cubes or 3 teaspoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons Benefiber
  • One large banana

Blend all ingredients and enjoy!
