- 1/2 cup Pamela’s gluten-free wheat-free sprouted whole grain buttermilk pancake mix
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup Blue Diamond unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp Pompeian grapeseed oil
- Cinnamon to taste
- 1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts

Simply mix all the ingredients until it’s well Blended and then baked on a slightly greased skillet just like you would any other pancake.
You want to make sure that the top has got nice bubbles on it and cooked nicely before you turn the pancake. This will make four 6 inch pancakes.
I topped mine with unsweetened organic applesauce …..
and some organic agave syrup by Wholesome.
You only need a little bit of the agave syrup to make it sweet. You can also use butter as well if you’re not vegetarian but I used a Earth Balance vegan butter which is high in omega-3 fatty acids and low in saturated fat which I really like.
