High Fiber Banana Apple Bars

  • 2 very ripe bananas
  • 1 cup of old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup applesauce, unsweetened
  • 1 apple, quartered and chopped in fine pieces
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut
  • 2 tablespoons chia seed
  • 2 tablespoons agave nectar or honey
  • 1/4 cup almond flour

Mix all ingredients together and then bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and then let sit on counter 10 to 15 minutes before trying to cut it into bars.

Makes 8 bars
