This also applies to other baked dishes as well, as in quick Breads and muffins and cakes too.
I knew that applesauce and pureed pumpkin and squash were fat Replacements but I didn’t know that Greek yogurt was and black beans, tofu, avocado which makes sense since it’s so high in fat and you wouldn’t be able to detect it because it has a more land flavor once the other ingredients are added.
