- 1 cup unsweetened soy milk
- 1 cup frozen banana strawberry mixture.
- Don’t worry about if your fruit has ice on it, it’ll just make it all the more thick and good!
- A couple tablespoons of sugar-free Torani raspberry syrup, add as much as you like to suit your taste.
Simply mix all in your Ninja blender or other food processor and blend until thick and creamy. I added some more soy milk to it to make it more of a shake consistency.
You can make it as thick or as thin as you like, it just depends on how much toy milk you add.
You can also add some vegan approved protein powder or wheat germ to it if you like. The wheat germ oil and vitamin E and fiber all kinds of wonderful other nutrients in the protein of course adds extra protein.
