I have loved this vegetable since I was a kid, and still do. Often times if you allow your body to eat when it wants, as long as it’s healthy life sustaining food, it will direct you to what your body truly needs. I didn’t know that it had so many B vitamins in it, and I didn’t know that it was phenomenal for neurological disorders as well as B12. I was purposely trying to get 10 grams of protein and the amount that I wait wait out and I did. It’s high in antioxidants and is a superfood and these Pinterest infographics that I downloaded especially for this post, will prove it.
