Paulette’s Cinnamon Turmeric Health Cocktail and Words of Wisdom from Young Minded 57 Year old.

1 teaspoon organic ground turmeric
1 teaspoon organic ground cinnamon
1 cup of either soy milk, almond milk, diluted evaporated milk or regular milk
Few pumps of Torani sugar-free vanilla syrup or agave nectar or honey just your taste.
I teaspoon Solgar Vegetarian Brewer’s Yeast Powder

Mix all ingredients in either Ninja food processor or a Magic Bullet process and drink daily.

You can double this or triple this or quadruple this as you see fit to meet your needs.

I’ve been doing this for about 2 weeks and I’m no longer taking pain medicine, I think better I am better overall I’ve accomplished more I’ve done more I think more clearly.

How to change my diet radically over the last year and I do a lot of vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free dishes and I still in a Grade others cuz I am not gluten intolerant but I do a lot of gluten free. I do a lot of vegetarian vegan and use vegan eggs and egg substitute 8 tons of spinach and it seems that all the things that I really really loves the kid including sunflower seeds are really good for me from all the research that I’ve done searching things.

I eat yams and sweet potatoes with your high in carotene and vitamin A, I let food be my medicine and I eat very little beef but I have it once in awhile but if I eat beef or pork it has to be very high quality with no visible fat whatsoever.

Mostly I have chicken and turkey products with fish especially salmon and tuna which is a super high protein food with those wonderful omega 3 fatty acids.

I no longer take Benefiber and used to take 1000mg of pain pills a day and now I take nothing maybe one

200 mg ibuprofen and I’m doing more activity than I’ve ever done in my life.

I drink tons of water through the day, organic green tea and I drink lemon water all day long.

I make sure that I get 7 hours sleep everyday without fail so my body can regenerate so I can think so I can accomplish so I can feel my best. Experiment with what works best for you and do it and keep doing it over and over again and repeat what works and never do it doesn’t.

Read copious amounts of material daily, work towards a common goal and something that matters to you and do things you enjoy everyday things that spark joy in your soul.

This is the God’s truth and I’m a spiritual person.

That combined with Mind Body Spirit meditation, Tai Chi, regular daily exercise and a walk with really damn good Skechers gel soles and listening to music outside and conversing with people works wonders for your mind body and soul.

Listen to lots of music that you enjoy, dance, hang around young people with Brilliant Minds, and try to walk about a mile a day in the cool of the day.

I always try to make it a point to watch the sunsets and the sunrise is of life and they’ll be many more that you’ll be able to see.

Words of wisdom from a lady who’s almost 60 years old who no one believes is and refuses to act like one!

After all your attitude is the single most important asset you’ll ever carry with you as long as you live.

Oh yeah and I’m off Facebook and Twitter and I feel like a million bucks because I did it. I have so much more time that I can do other more enjoyable things.

Like living and talking to real people you can see up close face to face and life in general.
