Adapted from Salmon Pasta Salad from cooking and baking with Greek yogurt from Pilcookbooks.com, by Paulette L Motzko
Greek yogurt like to this wonderful light fresh pasta salad. What are you doing take 1 cup cooked pasta shells. (I used Whole Foods Market 365 Organics tricolor shell pasta, but you can use any kind of shell pasta.)
6 ounces salmon, drained, if canned
Half cup chopped celery
2 tablespoons finely chopped bell peppers
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 green onion, finely chopped
Yogurt Mayo Dressing
One and a half tablespoons plain Greek yogurt.. (I love Trader Joe’s 2 per cent Greek Yogurt. Has a wonderful, fresh flavor.)
One and a half tablespoons Best Foods Real Mayonnaise
A sprinkling of Mrs. DASH LEMON PEPPER SEASONING
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Hint of paprika
Mix all dressing ingredients and add to the cooked pasta and other ingredients.
Chill and enjoy.

Organic Macaroni with Cheddar, Mozzarella and Albacore Tuna
This boxed version whips up in a flash and all the ingredients on the box are natural with no synthetic dyes like the other guys.
If you like you can add some chopped green or red peppers that have been sauteed for a different twist.
1 box 365 Organics Macaroni & Cheddar Mix-(sold at Whole Foods Market)
2 tablespoons butter or your favorite margarine
about 2/3 cups nonfat milk or low fat milk-until the sauce is as thin or thick as you like
Cook the macaroni until the pasta is done, about 8 minutes and then drain.
In a microwave safe serving dish with a tight fitting lid, take the sauce packet that comes with the mix, add it to the bottom of the serving dish, add the milk and the butter and microwave for 30 seconds to one minute, stirring with a small whisk or a fork.
Once the pasta is cooked, about 8 minutes, drain with a colander and add to the sauce in the microwave safe dish. Add about 4 small handfuls of shredded Cheddar/Mozzarella cheese. This blend is sometimes sold as “Pizza Cheese” in the store.
Blend all ingredients with a wooden spoon.
Add two 5 oz cans of Bumblebee Albacore Tuna or 10 oz of the fish of your choice
Mix until blended and serve with steamed vegetables and fruit.
