Recipe proportions will be coming tomorrow!
The cooked short grain rice, free range chicken broth, grilled red and green peppers and onions, dolphin safe tuna, California garlic powder and sea salt.
The biscuit for this is heart healthy and was created with Bisquick Heart Healthy Baking Mix and Trader Joe’s plain soy milk and a little water.
I whipped up the moist biscuit topper tonight and M baking it tomorrow, after rolling it out jelly roll fashion and adding shredded Cheddar cheese to it.
The slices will then be put on the cooked rice with chicken broth and grilled sweet red and green peppers with onion, and tuna mixture.
Proportions of all ingredients will be coming later today, after I finish the dish, as well as a photo of the finished dish.
This dish was adapted from “Tuna Cheese Swirls” in the Make a Mix Cook Book.
Doing this prep work makes making dinner easy tomorrow as assembling all the components of the dish.
